The Power of One

As indicated in Chapter 13, a team is a group of people who share a common goal and are striving to get a common job done. Another way to define a team is two or more persons in cooperative effort. The benefits of working on a team include shared ownership and responsibility for project activities, faster response to change, synergy, and personal growth.
