Part IV
Steering the Project to Success
In this part . . .
It’s one thing planning out a project and printing it off in full colour for everyone to admire. It’s quite another when the project starts and things begin to go a little differently, where other people get involved and somebody decides they want a change . . . or two.
Project control is essential to keep the project on track and heading towards successful delivery. This part covers ways of monitoring progress and keeping in control, dealing with change and the vital area of communications – keeping information flowing through the project – and then bringing the project to an orderly close.
