accept risk response strategy—Strategy in which you accept that the risk exists and decide not to do anything about it.

average salary rate—The actual amount of money each project manager at your company makes, divided by the number of project managers.

avoid risk response strategy—Strategy in which you actually prevent the occurrence of the risk through your planning activities. You create new tasks for your project schedule and update your project plan with these new activities.

baseline—Provides a point in time for you to compare your plans against what is actually happening during project execution.

bottom up estimating—An estimating technique in which the smallest task of a project is estimated.
