Sample Process for Postproject Review

As mentioned at the start of this chapter, even if you are the only one executing it, there is tremendous value in answering the questions of the post-project review (see figure 6.1). Personal reflection creates personal improvement, so your time is well invested. Real organizational learning, however, occurs when the whole project team answers the questions together. Below is a suggested three-step process for efficiently performing this review:
