The postproject review gathers information about the following “manageables” of a project:

  • Time and deadlines

  • Costs and budget

  • Specifications and learning objectives

  • Staffing

  • Technology, tools, and techniques

  • Performance

  • Corrective action

  • External suppliers and stakeholders.
