When you’ve charted a course for your project, it’s time for the critical eye: Does your project plan pass muster in terms of budget and timing? If not, you can use the built-in Project tools to tinker with resource assignments, adjust task timing, trim costs, and meet deadlines. Result: a better final plan. You also get a look at modifying how items in your project are formatted, including calling out the critical tasks in the plan. After all, a polished presentation, whether on-screen or in print, is invaluable.
