File Processing

In this section we will move the files from Incoming to Outgoing folders, where they will be processed. We will then send an e-mail to the designated recipient. After the file is processed and the notification sent, we will move the file to the new Processed folder.

First we need to create a folder called Processed in the temp folder, in the same place as the Incoming and Outgoing folders. Since we are continuing on with the Chapter 4 code, we want to update Configuration.xml to add the new element, which we will call ProcessedPath.
