Previous chapters built a game chatbot named Rock, Paper, Scissors. It was a simple chatbot in that it mostly responded to single word commands. Interactions were largely limited to a single request and response pair. That worked well for that situation, but there are times when a user needs a more in-depth conversation with a chatbot.
