A Roving Robot
Although this is primarily a book about programming the BeagleBone Black, it can be very helpful to see how everything fits together into a real project involving hardware as well as software. This chapter and the next provide two simple projects that will help you get started building real projects with the BeagleBone Black.
The only soldering involved in this project is to attach header pins to the motor module. In the next chapter you can build a project that does require soldering of components onto the Adafruit Prototyping Cape.
