get_meta_tags
Synopsis
array get_meta_tags(stringpath[, intinclude])
Parses the file path and extracts any HTML
meta tags it locates. Returns an associative array, the keys of which
are name attributes for the meta tags, and the
values of which are the appropriate values for the tags. The keys are
in lowercase, regardless of the case of the original attributes. If
include is specified and
true, the function searches for
path in the include path.
