Synopsis
string urldecode(string url)Returns a string created from decoding the URI-encoded
url. Sequences of characters beginning
with a % followed by a
hexadecimal number are replaced with the literal the sequence
represents. See rawurldecode, which this
function differs from in only in that it decodes plus signs
(+) as spaces.
