Chapter 2. Getting Started
Your primary task when working with the Java Embedded Server product is to develop software components known as bundles. In this chapter we write a simple bundle that can be installed and activated with the Java Embedded Server software. We think it is important to set things up early so that you can run code and see how it works in action as you read along. Hands-on experiments usually provide helpful revelations in understanding a programming paradigm.
