Configuring SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
Some chapters of this book require that you have access to SQL Server 2005 Express Edition (or SQL Server 2005) to create and use the Northwind Traders database. Chapter 3 describes how to install the Northwind Traders database, and the majority of code snippets are written to work with the local installation of SQL Server Express 2005 Edition. If you are using SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, follow these steps to grant access to the user account that you will be using to perform the exercises in this book:
