Using the CLI on Non-Windows Platforms

Of course, your CLI-based applications may not necessarily be targeted at computers running the Windows operating system; you may want to deploy them on non-Windows operating systems, too. Nothing in the design of the CLI ties it exclusively to either the Windows operating system or Intel processors.
