Synopsis
For shared workbooks, determines how conflicting changes are handled. Setting may be one of the following values:

xlLocalSessionChanges Local changes overwrite changes from other users.

xlOtherSessionChanges Changes from other users overwrite local changes.
-
xlUserResolution Displays a dialog box to resolve the conflict.
