Synopsis

Sets or returns a constant indicating the placement of the data labels. The default setting depends on the chart type. Can be one of these settings:

   xlLabelPositionAbove        xlLabelPositionBelow
   xlLabelPositionBestFit      xlLabelPositionCenter
   xlLabelPositionCustom       xlLabelPositionInsideBase
   xlLabelPositionInsideEnd    xlLabelPositionLeft
   xlLabelPositionMixed        xlLabelPositionOutsideEnd
   xlLabelPositionRight
