The ideas put forth here are the result of years of coffee breaks, lunches, random conversations, and more coffee breaks with collaborators and colleagues. I benefited from studying and working with the faculty at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. During my time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, colleagues and advisory board members played a large role in refining the core ideas that underpin this work and in broadening the scope of my thinking.
