About the Author
H.R. Hutter (Rich) has an engineering degree from the Fenn College of Engineering, Cleveland State University, and an MBA/MSM from the Case Western Reserve University.
He had worked in steel mill maintenance, Republic Steel Corporation (1964–1968) and in buyer engineered equipment, Babcock and Wilcox Corporation (1968–1971). He also worked as application engineer, sale engineer, and sale manager in Eaton Corporation’s industrial drives division during 1971–1978. He was an instructor and one of the program directors for the evening division at Cleveland state Universities (1974–1977) and as sales manager at Atlas car division of Trans Union Corporation (1978–1982).
