54.7. Summary

In this chapter you saw, through a hypothetical case study, what the flow would be between the different diagrams. You started by defining the services and applications needed for your solution. You implemented these to create Visual Studio projects, proxies, and configurations like connection strings. Then you revised the Logical Datacenter Diagrams, which will let you specify how logical servers will work and communicate. After that, you created a Deployment Diagram and analyzed how settings and constraints will impact the validation of these diagrams, ensuring that the application's requirements are met by the infrastructure, and that infrastructure constraints are compatible with the application's configuration. Finally, you saw how the System Designer would let you approach your solution in smaller, deployable pieces.
