Help
I mentioned quite a while ago that Visio contains many help mechanisms to ensure that the user of a Visio solution could obtain the assistance required to make working with Visio and your Visio solution very easy and intuitive. As you can see, every SmartShape symbol and especially those being used as Masters can have Help associated with them. In order to access this help, all the user must do is right-click any SmartShape symbol or Master Shape and select the Help option from the context menu.
