10.1 AATON XTR (AND LTR) 16mm CAMERA (Figs. 10-la, 10-lb)
The XTR succeeded the earlier LTR model. Operation is fundamentally the same for both models except as noted. The basic LTR lacks some of the XTR features.
NOTE: All directions are from Operator’s point of view.
10.1a Base
Bottom is fitted with 3/8″-16 tapped hole to accommodate tripodlockdown screw.
WARNING: Do not use a tripod-lockdown screw longer than 12mm (
″). Longer screws can damage cameras’s electronic circuits.
