Camera-Film Identification

The physical properties and chemical composition of film stock are well covered in other books. In addition, detailed data sheets comprehensively covering such information as ASA indexes, D-log E curves, etc. are available from individual film manufacturers. Therefore, there is no attempt to duplicate much of this information here. Rather, this chapter reviews the major and some of the often-overlooked points with which the Camera Professional must be familiar.
