27.2. Cairngorm Locations

Once you have the plug-in installed, you need to configure your Cairngorm locations under your Flex Builder preferences. The Cairngorm location contains the templates required for code generation. To configure the locations, do the following:

1. In Flex Builder, open the Preferences dialog (Mac: Flex Preferences, Windows: Window Preferences) and select Cairngorm, as shown in (Figure 27-12).

2. Click Add... and you should see the fields in (Figure 27-13).

3. Enter a name for the location, such as Cairngorm 2.2 Beta, in the Name field.

4. Click Locate and navigate to where you extracted the beta version of Cairngorm that you downloaded earlier.

5. Select the cairngorm2_2_2beta-bin folder.

6. Click Finish. The location should now appear in the list, as in (Figure 27-14).

7. Click OK to close the Preferences dialog.
