This book would not have been complete without the awesome contributions by my two coauthors. Kevin Smith who authored three chapters and technically reviewed much of the book, keeping me on my toes! Special thanks to Ewan Fairweather, for stepping in to write the Administration chapter at late notice when I realized I couldn't do the topic justice with my background. Kevin and Ewan brought unique viewpoints and have helped produce a book that I'm immensely proud of.
