We’ve now taken the productive performance appraisal system from beginning to end. As you can see, our recommendations do not include any shortcuts in handing out appraisals. On the contrary, we espouse a system that may very well be more complicated and involve more time (although less work) than you have undertaken in the past. But we strongly believe that you will find the results are worth the effort.
