Hazard 28: Outside Broadcasts

In 1986 Michael Lush died during rehearsals for the BBC programme The Late, Late, Breakfast Show. He was suspended 120 ft above the ground and was meant to spring free and abseil down the elasticated rope. The rope snapped and he fell more than 70 ft to his death.
