The Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998

Film and television insurance is tailor made to suit the requirements of each production. There is no such thing as a typical production, and hence no typical policy! Film making creates demands for insurance coverage which are not readily met by standard policy wordings.

Each policy will be different, with special cover included and particular activities excluded. The first essential step is to consult a specialized entertainment broker who can discuss your needs and put together a package for you.
