About the Author
Robin G. Small is Senior Lecturer in Television at the University of Huddersfield. He is a member of the Television Union BECTU, the Moving Image Society BSKTS and a Yorkshire Committee Member of the Royal Television Society. He has written several papers on the health and safety problems in media and film education, and has contributed a chapter on production management for The Television Handbook. He has undertaken consultancy work for university television departments, has guest lectured at various universities, and has advised independent production companies and training organizations.
Robin has worked in production for BBC Television, BSkyB and as an independent producer.
