Concept Risk Management

The concept stage is the most exciting, creative, and free-flowing time in your production cycle. This is where you get to really sink your teeth into pie-in-the-sky ideas, brainstorm, and plant the seed that will eventually evolve into a game. This is also the time when you get brought down to reality by taking the necessary steps to see if the concepts and ideas you and the team come up with are actually achievable in the time, budget, and tools at hand.
