Producing Skills
A quality producer must be master of many skills. Although some are more essential than others, a competitive industry producer has the knowledge to be in control of everything at task. While the most important skill is project management, it cannot be your only input into the game, or you’re likely to fail. Those who consider themselves project managers over producers cannot control a single-unified vision and do not share a passion for the product. This will be reflected in your team’s respect for you and inevitably the game itself.
