What a Producer Manages

The role of a producer will always be at it’s core, to schedule, budget, manage and oversee a game project. What those specific duties cover all depend on the company you are working for, the project you’re on, and your own personal style. A company with good management will play to your strengths, placing you on projects and in roles that will leverage your specialties.
