2.11. Bibliographic Notes
I first came across TA in my management study in 1984. Objects, at that time, were not heard of except in research and educational projects. With the emancipation of the project management discipline, I looked around and was reacquainted with the techniques of TA, and applied them in practical projects. I found them deceptively simple yet profoundly effective. I have used them not only in project management, but also in my training sessions and modeling workshops.
