Overview
If data sets were perfect,
you would not need to read this chapter. However, in the real world,
data sets have problems. One of these problems is missing data.
The TABULATE procedure
is pretty good at dealing with missing data on its own. It has decision
rules for what to do with missing data for class variables and analysis
variables. However, it makes these decisions without letting you know
what has happened, so you might be surprised by your results.
