Back in Chapter 5, “Editing,” we talked a little about the Spot edit mode, and how it can make placing regions at specific points in time quick and easy. Spot mode, however, is really only useful if you already know the specific numeric position where you want your region to go. Many times, you’ll want your region to go to a specific selected place in your session, and Pro Tools makes this easy as well—especially if you have a mouse with a right-click button!
