Basic Tool Functions

The three main edit tools you’ll use are the Trim, Selector, and Grabber tools. We’ve touched on some of their functions already, but let’s go just a bit deeper so you can make the most of them.

Understanding the Trim Tool

The first tool we’ll look at is the Trim tool. Its basic function is to change the left or right boundary of a clip.
