Chapter 13. RadControls for Silverlight
This chapter introduces Telerik's support for Microsoft Silverlight with the Telerik RadControls suite for Silverlight. Telerik is the first third-party software vendor that has Silverlight native controls, and it has been on the top of the game since the first Silverlight release.
The suite provides more than 30 controls, including its flagship products RadGridView and RadScheduler, as well as others new to the platform, such as RadTileView, RadGauge, RadBook, and RadTransition. Other controls like RadChart and RadUpload have significant improvements, especially in UI and asynchronous operations.
