Part IV. Postproduction

You have completed your project and everyone is enjoying the benefits of it. However, your work is not finished yet. In this phase you'll need to provide ongoing support and maintenance. The nature of this phase will vary greatly depending on the type of product and your organizational structure. In this section you'll build a system to process and track issues that have been reported. These could be defects not caught in testing, enhancement requests, or support questions.
