Summary

I know this has been a whirlwind tour of the deferred Standard Query Operators. I have attempted to provide examples for virtually every prototype of each deferred operator, instead of just the simplest prototype. I always dislike it when books show the simplest form of calling a method but leave it to you to figure out the more complex versions. Hopefully, I will have made calling the more complex prototypes simple for you.

Additionally, I hope that by breaking up the Standard Query Operators into those that are deferred and those that are not, I have properly emphasized the significance this can have on your queries.
