LINQ to SQL Entity Classes

In the previous LINQ to SQL chapters, I have mentioned entity classes numerous times but have yet to fully define or describe them. In this chapter, I will rectify this shortcoming.

In this chapter, I will define entity classes, as well as discuss the different ways they can be created. I will also inform you of the complexities you become responsible for should you decide to create your own entity classes.

But before we can begin the fun stuff, there are some prerequisites you must meet to be able to run the examples in this chapter.
