Tab Bars

We can also style our footer as a tab bar. A tab bar gives users the ability to switch between different views within the application. If you are not too familiar with tab bars their behavior is very similar to tab-based navigation you find on the Web. Tab bars are commonly positioned as a persistent footer at the bottom edge of the screen that remains accessible from every location in the application.
