Summary

In this chapter we saw how to integrate jQuery Mobile with client-side and server-side data access strategies. jQuery Mobile integrates very well with both strategies allowing you to choose the access method that is most appropriate for your application needs. While the client-side strategy offers better performance and can be faster to implement it may not be as reliable, secure, or as maintainable as a server-side alternative.

Lastly, we saw an example of how to integrate jQuery Mobile with Geolocation and Google Maps. With these two mapping API's, we now have the ability to add map views to our jQuery Mobile applications.
