Providing Customer Service for Privacy Issues

When I call a company about a privacy issue, not only do I want to speak to someone who understands the sensitivities of a privacy issue, but someone who can help me resolve it. The last thing I want is to be passed around to a bunch of people and have to repeat my privacy problem to them. It's like being at the desk of a doctor's office and having to repeat through a window, “I have a rash I want the doctor to look at!” It doesn't matter where the rash is, you may be too embarrassed to stay and prefer to keep the rash than have to suffer the humiliation of publicizing your condition to everyone.
