Online Help and Top Issues
If you are connected to the Internet when you use the Help and Support command from the Start menu or press F1 to bring up the Help and Support Center, the Top Issues section automatically updates from the Internet and your search queries are automatically sent to the Microsoft Knowledge Base Web site. Because the majority of your queries will seek assistance with Microsoft products, there is little chance that sensitive information will be sent out. However, both of these features can cause an unwanted increase in network traffic. Users can disable the Top Issues feature by adding the DWORD value headlines to the Registry key indicated below and setting it to zero (0):
