The path to trustworthiness is a long one. Don't expect to be able to instantly stop the way you develop solutions and start cranking out technology that consumers will just embrace with open arms. It takes time to build trust, so be patient. Resist the urge to make a big announcement about becoming a company that people can trust; just become one. Think of a restaurant that you frequent on occasion. The food and service are mediocre, but it's close by and cheap, so you tolerate the less-than-perfect conditions.
