This part is about what you do in the project, which is different to the processes in Part II that are focused on when you do stuff. The things I cover in this section, such as risk management, are used throughout the project though some are used more heavily at some times than others.
PRINCE2 has some really helpful stuff here, but don’t hesitate to add to it if you need a bit more to meet particular project needs. I also cover some techniques here, included in the relevant chapters. So, for example, you’ll find the Quality Review Technique in Chapter 13 on quality management.
