So to this point, what have we done? To litigators and writers both, weâve not done too much more than a little throat-clearing. Having worked our way past the preliminaries, letâs wade into the data. Is it true that, given the undeniable explosion of data, there is an explosion of litigation as well? How much litigation is there?
Anecdotally, we had heard the gripe that there was too much litigation. But we are driven by data and we wanted to answer this question. At least initially, we looked at the data in the federal court system. We offer it not only to help make a point but to introduce you to the federal court system itself and to how we learned to navigate it.
