Chapter 10. Tackling the Problems

THE FIRST AREA WE’LL look at applying our Presto Sketching powers to is understanding products, services, systems, and the world around us. We can tackle problems a lot better when we can see them in different ways, analyze them in different ways, and communicate them to others in different ways.

  • Value exchange with the Value Relationship Map

  • A product experience with the Journey Map

  • An offering with the Value Proposition Canvas

  • A system with Concept Modeling

  • An organization with the SWAM Canvas

  • An organization’s place in the world with the PESTLE Canvas
