In my early years as a New York City–based actor, I got a job at the Westchester Broadway Theatre doing a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I loved this job. It was three months of singing and dancing to the fun, uplifting music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. It also allowed me to live in my apartment in NYC, versus living out of a suitcase while traveling.
