Our mind is built for stories

An anthropologist did a meta-study on all 6,000 human cultures that have been studied. He found a bunch of things that exist in all human cultures: the concept of right and wrong, showing your status by what you wear on your body, rules about hairstyle (search the Internet for ‘human universals’ and there’s a whole list).
