Now you’ve gone through the questions once and let them settle, it’s time to return and refine your answers.
List subgroups (5 minutes)
If your group is larger than, say, 10 people, one thing that will pop out straight away is that you don’t have just one group in front of you; you have multiple subgroups. For example, if you’re a lawyer doing a briefing on the Construction Act, you might have architects, facilities managers and builders in your group.
